Luis Suarez's two-game Copa del Rey ban has been upheld by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), soon after an appeal from Barcelona failed.
The Uruguay striker was sanctioned for his portion inside a post-match altercation following Barca's 4-1 Copa win more than Espanyol last week.
Barca overturned an early strike from Felipe Caicedo in the 1st leg in the last-16 tie at Camp Nou due to a Lionel Messi brace and objectives from Gerard Pique and Neymar.

In referee Juan Martinez Munuera's report, Suarez was accused of provoking a confrontation among players from both clubs inside the tunnel.
